Devices are functionally tested, certified data-wiped and cosmetically graded in our own facilities before they are listed. Newer flagship models typically carry higher minimums than older inventory. Grading describes cosmetic condition, not function — every device we ship clears key functional tests via diagnostic software regardless of grade. The scale runs Grade OB (open box, under 14 days of use, original packaging), then A, B, C and D as cosmetic wear increases. Two specialist grades sit alongside it: BX, fully functional units with A/B-grade housings but scratched screens, bought for reglass and polish programs; and PTG, devices with component faults such as camera, speaker or Face ID that repair shops and refurbishers buy to fix or harvest.
