Cosmetic grade never reflects functionality — if a device has any functional issue, it is listed separately as "For Parts" and excluded from standard grade batches.

What does Grade A mean for a used phone?
Grade A means the device is in excellent cosmetic condition. The screen has only minimal micro-scratches that are not visible at arm's length, and the body shows only very minor marks with no dents or chips. Grade A phones are ideal for retail resale and certified pre-owned programmes where cosmetic quality matters to end consumers.
What is the difference between Grade B and Grade C?
Grade B phones have light scratches on the screen that are visible under direct light but don't affect visibility during normal use, and light marks on the housing. Grade C phones show moderate screen scratches visible in normal lighting conditions, and may have noticeable marks and possible minor dents on the body. Grade C devices are typically suited for budget markets or fleet deployments.
What does Open Box (OB) mean for a phone?
Open Box means the device was opened but is essentially unused — it shows no scratches, marks, or signs of wear. Open Box phones are typically units that were displayed, returned immediately after purchase without use, or were opened for quality inspection. They offer near-new quality at a below-retail price point, making them ideal for premium resale.
Do all grades include fully working phones?
Yes — all grades from OB through D represent cosmetic condition only. Every phone in a graded batch has been tested and confirmed fully functional. Devices with any hardware or software fault are excluded from graded batches and listed separately as "For Parts." This ensures you always know what you're buying.
