## Grading scale
- Grade OB (Open Box): Less than 14 days of use, original packaging. Like-new condition.
- Grade A: Excellent cosmetic condition, no visible screen scratches, minor body micro-marks only.
- Grade B: Very good condition, light scratches on screen or body, light wear.
- Grade C: Fair condition, visible scratches, moderate to heavy cosmetic wear, fully functional.
- Grade D: Heavy use, cracked glass possible, fully functional LCD/display.
- Grade PTG/PTB: Devices with specific functional issues (camera, speaker, Face ID, vibration). Suitable for repair shops and refurbishers.
All graded devices are fully tested for functionality regardless of cosmetic grade.
