We started in 2012 in Brooklyn, New York as ARA Global Group, a small wholesale operation buying and selling pre-owned mobile devices. Co-founders Reuben Rodriguez and Arthur Bronfman built the business one phone at a time, growing it from two people at a desk into a multi-channel reverse-logistics company with a national warehouse footprint.
In late 2022 we rebranded as RecirQ to reflect what the business had become: a specialist in the circular economy of electronics. The ARA days were about trading volume. The RecirQ era is about infrastructure, data, and long-term partnerships with the organizations whose devices we steward.
Today we operate from a headquarters in Miami, Florida and a processing warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. Our teams span buying, selling, operations, finance, and technology, all organized around one outcome: keep working devices moving.
Wholesale refurbished devices. We source, grade, and distribute pre-owned iPhones, Samsung Galaxy devices, Google Pixel phones, Android handsets, tablets, and smartwatches. Our catalog covers Grade A, B, and C inventory across most carrier lockings, global specifications, and color variants. Retailers, exporters, repair shops, and resellers buy from us because our grading is consistent, our supply is steady, and our process is accountable end to end.
Returns-as-a-service. Large carriers and retailers hand us their pre-owned and returned-device pipelines and we run the entire reverse flow: receiving, triage, functional testing, data sanitization, grading, repair triage, and redistribution. Clients get a cleaner balance sheet and a predictable recovery rate without having to build reverse-logistics infrastructure in-house.
Reventory platform. Our in-house warehouse management system is purpose-built for device reverse logistics. It handles license-plate tracking, grade and spec enforcement, market-linked pricing, and integrations with carrier and retailer systems.
Everything at RecirQ runs on three operational pillars.
Speed. Devices lose value every day they sit in a bin. Our Fort Worth warehouse is tuned for short dwell times, with daily cross-dock flows for inventory that is already graded and moves straight through.
Accountability. Every unit that touches our facility is tracked by a license plate number from receipt to shipment. Clients see real-time status on their inventory and know exactly where recovery value came from.
Data. Our Reventory platform pulls pricing and demand signals from primary and secondary markets so every buying and selling decision is grounded in current data rather than last quarters hunches.
We work with carriers, insurers, authorized retailers, major retailers returns programs, enterprise IT asset disposition partners, and wholesale buyers across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Every client relationship is structured around the same outcome: more devices recirculated, fewer devices shredded, and predictable value on both sides of the transaction.

Recirculate first, recycle last. Every device deserves a second life before it enters a shredder.
Own the whole pipeline. We do not hand devices off to unknown third parties. What enters our facility is tracked, graded, and accounted for to the unit.
Move with real data. Market signals drive our pricing, our inventory mix, and our client recommendations. Gut-feel pricing is the enemy of a healthy reverse-logistics business.
Build for decades, not quarters. The circular economy is still early. We are investing in the infrastructure, the technology, and the team to be a primary operator in it for the long run.
